Offensive teleport - Type 2

Hello,
I've read about this a lot and have seen this in many mods - Offensive Teleport. When you cast Teleport and then cast AoE skill. But I have this really cool idea - to cast a spell not after the teleport, but before. So imagine you run to the boss to hit it with melee but it teleports away leaving a trap on its place, or an orb that shoots missiles, or a mine that explodes in 1 sec. How do I achieve this?

I have never tried to release a missile when casting this skill. If several mods have it, I suspect it's a simple text edit meaning that the order of events the skill functions do are hardcoded. To reverse the order would be a CE. Could be wrong but that's my guess.
