Missiles.txt "VelLev" column

Hey everyone, I did some tests and I've got an update for the Missiles.txt file guide in the knowledge base.

VelLev does in fact work. The formula appears to be:
min(MaxVel, Vel + lvl*VelLev) note: This definitely uses 'lvl' and not the more common '(lvl-1)'.

If anyone is able to update the file guide please do so.

You can add a comment to the file guide. So the information is where it needs to be.
