Temple of Triurne quest

I found and rescued Cain. However, I can't trigger the 4th quest (supposedly Temple of Triurne) by reading the tome in the outpost Partha. I tried starting a multiplayer game to reset the quests. I still could not start it. How do I start the quest?

That's a know bug. You can't start the quest, howevern it dosen't prevent you to do it.

You will have to find 3 emblems and cube thems together. 2 Emblems are near Partha, and the last one is far away after the town of Kalinash (use the underground passage in Partha to get there).
