[BETA 6.00] Balance thread

Hey,

You can use this thread for balancing issues skills, specialities, spells themselves.

Please keep in mind :

Beggining of the game is intended to be easy. Most if not all skills can seem overpowered. Later in the game this will be less true. So do your tests in act 4 - 5 if you want to see the real power af the spells. It is highly likely that the necromancer is the characher who is the least balanced.
