editing post doesn't update the page with subforums

Just noticed a strange thing: if you edit the post instead of double posting, thread list updates, but subforums list doesn't. See the example (can be observed at the moment):

Yes, the forum list shows the date and link of the latest post in the forum. How is that strange?

Just look at the highlighted parts of the screenshot. the latest post is of May, 1st (although it's not new post - just edited old) and thread list shows it correctly, but forum list doesn't.

As I said, the forum list shows the last post posted in the forum.
