A few Suggestions

Post by Xorazan » Tue Mar 04, 2003 3:49 am

Hey there, I'm fairly new to Seasons After, but new to mods? no way, I've played very very many.

=- I just did kill blood raven, Necro's skelleton's kinda get punked out quick against blood raven, I don't know if this is intentional or what.

=- I do notice there is a bug with the corpse explode, I am now level 7 and cannot put any points into it, although I do have a wand giving me the skill. It says required level 6.

=- The inventory, stash, and cube all need to be desperatly increased for more storage. I know there are plugins wich allow this. Because I sure do like to mule stuff :)

=- I will continue playing on, and see what else I find. I will give feedback here from time to time.

Thanks for this cool mod

Welcome :)

The Necromancer skeletons do increase in power very quickly - this is needed so that skeletons are/should be viable in Nightmare and Hell difficulty.
Not much I can do about it sadly, it's just the way Skeleton Mastery and Raise Skeleton work and the lack of changes I am able to make to the skills :(
I'm open to any suggestions :) Though my current plans are to reoganise the Summoning Tree a bit.

With Corpse Explosion you should be able to add points. The only things I can think of is if you have already assigned the maximum amount of points for your level. Or you need to invest a point into Teeth.

There will be an increased stash/inventory/cube plugin with the next version - however this will be seperate from the mod and come with a batch file to install it.

Feedback is most welcome :D

hmm.

for stone skin, perhaps every 5-6 levels you could have some sort of 1% reduce damge if thats possible.

the max reduce damage you could have could be 5% or 6%, depending on the change you make.

every 5 levels or 6 levels add 1%

Are you refering to characters gaining % damage reduction?

just for the barbarian, since you know...stone skin is hard to penetrate and hard to injure.

Sadly this cannot be done :(
It is one of the main reasons I created the Elemental Crafting recipes :)

aha.

is the dmg reduction on armors or any crafting? I haven't played through normal because I keep on getting killed either in act 2 or 3 for hardcore mode.

There are armours that will spawn with damage reduced by a percentage - in general the more defence, the slower the run/walk speed but the higher the % damage reduction :)

Act 2 is quite good with some surprises ;), Act 3 can be tough at the start and at the end.
I tend to die just before Baal in Normal or in Act 1 Nightmare :(

That is one mistake that I have made several times, hehe :(

I'm surprised noone has mentioned anything about Pitspawn Fouldog - he was mlvl24 in the Catacombs
I've fixed that ;)

 No.
They rock!

In addition there are a couple of other surprises in store. Nothing quite as nasty but there to discover at least :)
