AI Compatible with Griswold ?

It is not which AI is compatible it is about what you want the AI to do.

Passives and auras can be added to any superunique with the monprop.txt you will just have to make a unique monster for the superunique so it only gets the abilities assigned through monprop.txt.

Hello :)
If you want to let Griswold use skills while remaining a melee oriented enemy your best option is to use Duriel's AI. It is very flexible and tweakable, and it's also good for hybrid monsters (e.g. melee attack paired with ranged skills).
Have a look at the skill# columns of Duriel: you'll be using those for Griswold. As for adding passives you can easily do it via MonProp.txt or via the unused skill# columns.
