Diablo 2 tile cutter

I am working on extracting floor tiles from Diablo 2, to work on with Photoshop Elements 2. I was given this link: https://d2mods.info/index.php?pid=23 by saesa(thanks again, my friend!), and I have the files I need, but I was wondering if there was an easier way to cut out each tile from the floor bitmaps displayed there. There used to be a link to making new floor tiles in google, but that was for the old Diablo Modding site, and not this one.

NOTE: I am not trying to convert tiles into dt1's or ds1's. All I'm trying to do is cut the .jpg's that are on the Warped Tiles website with a grid cutting program, or something similar, so that I am working only with each individual tile, and not a bunch of them on a picture. Thanks in advance.
