Error MPQ2k Storm.DLL

Hi all, I am again trying to make a mod but I encounter the next problem when compressing the txt files in the MPQ using MPQ2k, I'm using Windows 64 bit and try to run the MPQ2k in compatibility mode but yet still not working.

I leave the image of the error I have from already thank you very much and great forum and community

try using winmpq
