Hi

Here is fast answer to you:

Option you need is "skew" in PS, not perspective. You can find it under free transform.
Only parameter you must set is "V". I tried with -30 degree but it can be better if you try few times :P.

Hi there are 2 errors 1) when use "ini --> dc6" you must have 8bit imaages ( in 256 colors), you have 2 in 24bit 2) ini file contain image size for all frames. you should try dc6creator 1.02 from file center http://phrozenkeep.18v.biz/dload.php?ac ... le_id=1131.
It has nice export structure and no need to worry about frame count.
Just "export all" after editing go "ini --> dc6".
