Event Func 9

Referring to Nefarius' post here eventfunc 9 is blind, how exactly does this function work? I assume it completely blocks the unit from targeting the player. (If so) how could I use this is combination of with an event?

2. a work around that i used was: i created a new stat with the desc setup the same way. *Socketed (#)* and applied it through cube. Only problem is this is taking up room for other magical modifiers.

Yes im using the calc system. but im using an aura instead to provide 6 calcs instead of 5 for passives to help reduce the amount of states used. I expect to use 9 states total for the "passives" this leaves plenty of room for random states that are applied like justportaled etc.

thanks for the feedback.

Actually my max clvl will be 200. I too thought about the detriments to gear requirements. So i thought about a way to add skills through crafting or through new runes/gems.

Does any one else have any thoughts on this?

the plugins say 1.09, 1.10 because thats when they were made, and were no version higher,. it will still work for 1.13 as all it is, is a text file and a new graphic.

imo there's nothing wrong with more recipes. ;)
sometimes the more the better, but also depending on how you use them.

i have 3 sets of mystery gifts, each one spawns with a random stat up to 200 each. you do the math. ;)

you could also fiddle with a ton of op's and random combinations.

lets say every transmute click adds +1 to stat (an op check for another formula)
then with a stam potion + 5 stat box = a random low level rune. if it were 6, a random low level gem. or you could randomize the recipes even more.

let's compare the two rows of Chilling Armor and Frozen Armor.

Both have AuraEventFunc's

I would try adding
damagedinmelee 2
to AuraEvent2 and see what happens.

the "class" is in the itype, so to have them equip bows all you would have to change is the itype, but then it would no longer be class-specific.

If i'm not mistaken i believe holy shield is actually part of the paladin char files, as there is no overlay connected to the holyshield state. correct me if wrong.
