Anyone good with PHP/JavaScript?
Okay, so... Here's the story. I'm working on an online jewelry designer. Currently I'm just trying to make a working prototype before I build a pretty site around it. I have it halfway there. (see here: http://www.charsisforge.org/jewelrydiy/index.html ) I basically mooched and modified the code fro...

Also of note, that a lot of Photoshop users may not know (I myself learned by trial and error), Photoshop stores pallettes backwards when it saves, unless you save it in interlaced mode, which I never remember to do, or use a backwards palette, which I made some time back because I never remember to...

Gem Name List
This poor list got lost in the sands of time, in a topic started by someone else. I feel it could be useful, still, especially if people can find it. If you're looking for some slightly more interesting names for gemstones, this can help. Beryl Emerald: Intense green or bluish green Aquamarine: Gree...

Well, thank you! I'm glad someone appreciates that little bit of silliness. I've yet to decide whether or not to continue it.

Charsi's Forge downtime
As you folks may or may not have notice, Charsi's Forge has been experiencing some downtime. I looked into it, and it turns out there have been some server issues, and those should be resolved in a couple days. Sorry for the trouble, but it should be all fixed and ready to go soon. Edit: Charsi's Fo...

Final Fantasy and boredom... Oh, dear.
I know, I know, the topic title makes it sound as though it does not belong here. Well, don't be fooled, it does. I have a screenshot for you folks of what happens when I get bored. Played Final Fantasy X? Or more specifically Final Fantasy X-2? Well, I think Yuna got bored and went on a bit of a jo...

Re: Palette differences?
... I have that. I was asking why all the colours in it are different from the act0 palette (which should be the same thing, a palette of colours that are the same in all acts) in the PSP set. Perhaps I'm not being clear? Each individual colour is different. Now, I'm sure Diablo 2 can'd differentiat...

Palette differences?
This may seem like a silly auestion, but I can't figure it out for the life of me, and as a Photoshop user, it's somewhat... Irritating. Why, oh why, oh why are the colours in the Paint Shop Pro palettes and the Photoshop palette (yes, for almost all moddung uses, there pretty much is just the singu...

Re: How fast would you drop WoW for D3?
I've never played WoW, and I probably never will. I don't mind paying monthly for internet and cable, but to play a game? I don't like feeling obligated to waste my time just to feel I'd gotten my money's worth of time-wasting done. As for D3, that's doubtful, too. I can't really see it being better...

Inventory screen issues
I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, or if it bugs anyone else, and I'm too lazy to look, but parts of the inventory screen are transparent. It's not a big deal, granted, it just bugs me, so I thought I would mention it. =P

Charsi's Forge is back!
After considerable downtime, and some problems, we're back up and running with a new address and a new webhost! The webspace was kindly provided by a friend of mine, and Malachai was good enough to get us a new domain name, seeing as we couldn't get the old one. You can now find us at: http://charsi...

FILLED: Someone to do some graphics retrieval (not editing)
Okay, well, there's a couple requirements for this. It's actually 2 jobs. For them, there's one big requirement. You need to be able to keep what you're working on to yourself. If you can't do that, just stop reading and go find something else to do. For the first job, all you need is a web browser,...

Re: Dire happenings to what no one knew existed anyway
Nah, the hard drive's been used since, and I don't have it. The whole point of it being wiped was so he could keep it. Nevermind the fact that I'm barely paying the rent at this point. I'll just put the money aside for something new once I get back to my job (health reason, you see. Stupid one, too)...

Re: Dire happenings to what no one knew existed anyway
Well, there's two unfortunatelys there. Perhaps 3. First, I doubt best buy here would have a sale for US Thanksgiving. Second, I have just barely enough money to get bills paid at this point, because moving into a new apartment is harsh on the wallet for the first couple months. Third, I live in wha...

Re: Median_2 Special Edition
Hey now, I care, I just don't think Diablo 2 would run on a Macintosh 6500/250 PowerPC with MacOS 8.1. Nevermind the faulty CD drive and the faultier hard drive. So I can't honestly tell you what I think of it because it's probably going to be several months before I can play it again. However, I do...
