You should look at how EDmgSymPerCalc column works in Skills.txt, as an Example Fire Arrow receives the following bonus "(skill('Exploding Arrow'.blvl)) * par8", you need to tweak that to suit your needs so it has to be something like (stat('YourStatName'.accr))*20 ....

Can you give the minions aura buffing a stat on the player which controls the max pets? If you`re able to do the correct formula (something like [40-1*PetStat], if you want to cap them at 20) u can do this?
This is just a hint, anyway I`ve not tried to do this, but I would if there`s a way.

Browsing the forums, found out that game ends with unhandled exception when provided bloodmana state as item property. But, provided from skill (being a buff, or curse), it runs well.
