It requires code editing to remove the hardcoded cap.
There are a couple posts in code editing for 1.10 or 1.13c iirc.

It appears though that you need to decrease the inventory grid by 1px.

Well maybe you should have opened with that then.
Enabled = 1
Ladder = 0
And that's all it takes to enable the item in single player
Force spawn it so you know it's working, then you figure out if it's your recipe or not.

That's why you need to use "usetype,uni"
Rerolling an item just rerolls on it's current magic type.
So if the item is magic, it rerolls a magic
If it's rare, rare.

Theres an appendix in the cubemain fileguide that show all the possible types of modifiers.

Your output is "usetype,bas". You need to either do "usetype,uni" to get that weapons unique version, or if you specifically want an Azurewrath, then just put Azurewrath directly in the output.

If you are using pre 1.11, then you need to make sure you set up your randclassskill property correctly. (See the post by Mentor on how to set it up.)
If you are using post 1.11, then likely you have messed up the order of the class property indexes in the tbl, or you are using an incorrect parameter.

That's what the operators are for. < : less than <= : less than OR equal to > : greater than >= : greater than OR equal to = : equals != : does not equal If the formula doesnt work, then I suspect it has to do with experience, or how the formula is setup. You can create the item, but you wont be able to use it as a custom currency without code editing.

You can use the "Single use potion" method to limit the amount of times you can use it.

Or maybe try:

That's a problem with the mpq, not the dc6. If it was the dc6 you'd get a pCel error.
Also, if you're running -direct -txt you don't even need the mpq, just put the data folder in your mod root directory.
