You can edit the radius in it's missile.txt entry. Should be under serverHitPar1 and clientHitPar1

Increase an item's maxsockets in weapons/armors.txt. itemtypes.txt also controls at what qlvls can the amount of sockets show up. Just set the ID to the next one in line. If the highest ID you have is 499, make it 500, etc.

Yes the IDs need to match

The cause is Extended Levels. I tried with all my might to figure out a workaround to fix it but it refuses to stop bugging out. :OI:

There is a D2mod plugin for that in 1.10 called D2StashScroll. I did however have a bug with it where it locked my character from doing anything.
