What do you mean when you say "trying to clone prime Evils"? You should NEVER touch any of these columns, especially in the FIXED monstat.txt. Hello, I rolled back the Windows 10 update that was done on JULY 30th, 2019.

However, I ran into one small problem.
When I assign the town portal skill, the skill counter keep decreasing when I use, even though the scroll number of the book in the inventory remains constant.

The "Triggered" section is what procs the "Chance to cast this skill" on hit. You notice it says "2" right? This is referring to the center 2 arrows of multiple shot. Did you try adding more melee event trigger? If you look at duriel charge or viper charge, they have more event triggers in their sequence.
