Hello, thank you for sharing this beautiful find. :D

However, I ran into one small problem.
When I assign the town portal skill, the skill counter keep decreasing when I use, even though the scroll number of the book in the inventory remains constant.
I am not sure what is going on??

The "Triggered" section is what procs the "Chance to cast this skill" on hit. You notice it says "2" right? This is referring to the center 2 arrows of multiple shot. Did you try adding more melee event trigger? If you look at duriel charge or viper charge, they have more event triggers in their sequence.

This is easy to do, it's all soft coded.

Make a new aura skill or use pre-existing skill from skills.txt
Create an entry for it in Monprop.txt
(make sure you use the correct skill ID number.)

Now reference it in monprop column in monstat.txt
