They are somewhat rare.. keep looking and make sure you're looking on hell difficulty.

Level 74 with 2k attack rating? YOU NEED -WAY- MORE!!!! You should at least 6k, if not more!

What level is your ammy?

Get something with prevent monster heal on it.. will work wonders. You can even make a charm with that on it.

About making the 1.08 uniques, does it matter whether the item is magic/rare/set/uniqe or does it have to be just a plain jane, nothing special regular item?

Herbs and elixers are NOT easy to find, but, they do drop in the 1.07 version of the mod, I know because I have found some... Herb seems to be harder to find than elixer but both are harder to get than body parts. After doing about 15 runs of them cows, i've found 2 herbs and 5 elixers. Keep trying,...
