I almost agree with you. Mobs hit hard and its good because you need new tactics to fight them. To remove exp penalty from levels you need to edit last column in experience.txt . 1024 means no penalty:) To change classlvl limit you need to do 2 things: add them to experience.txt and change number of bits in ItemStatCost.txt.
