funny thing the original lod 1.10 exe, incl cd wont work the game exe incl nocd, which worked for years, does not work but the nocd exe incl cd in drive...runs so there must be another no cd check opening a game...which is maybe faulty in the exe..but the 1.10 original exe wont work on my pc at all ...

Wow, thats a fast answer The customstring tbl files are missing since many years, never have had crashes, The game.exe is replaced with a nocd version, but i also tried the original from lod 1.10 no change all worked up to win81, the edited game.exe even better than the original i will put some dumm...

Hello Coder's after many years, I have an issue. Since upgrade to Windows 10, my game crashes in the moment of joining a game I can start and play a normal game with unmodded 1.13d version I can't play with the mod, i assume one of the lot 1.10 code edits is the reason, but which one.. Diablo starts...

just remembered an old idea

In missiles.txt we have field Vel and Range, is there any way to use a formula for those fields?

I like to use strenght to define the range/vel of missiles

Any idea how to remove sockets?

Hi I just re tried it again..but I dont find a solution, to remove sockets of an item useitem,rem or , uns wont work modifier sock with parm -6 -6 will remove sockets....excluding the last one..I still have ONE... Item must be same..but sockets shall be removed (I m not talking about the runes/gems)...

Try replacing all of the table skills with your cloned IM in a debugger session (binary edit the data dump from the reference address 6FD297A0). That will force the selection process to test your skill. The correct form for the ID would be 81 01 00 00, Intel data is written in reverse byte order. t...

i tried id 385 so hex 181
i used 81 01 and also 01 81
and never saw my cloned IM skill

i added some stupid numbers..and game never crashed..skill cast anim was seen..but no skill was in effect...

I assume that the casted skills behind the obl. knight moncurse function are hardcoded
i also assume that there will be a table about the skills used for the random function..
has anyone of you found that table for 1.10?
