Well, for one thing, I would immagine your problem is in your .txt files. Acromatic Gave us only the modified .Bin files, and the .txt files are standard .txt. Well, for one, you will need to edit the .dc6 file that is the background of the skills page. Otherwise, it'll look stupid. And also the actuall buttons. Perhaps you would be interested in the nezeramontias mod. The max level is 1000 and is is not just 1 skill point to invest in every skill. It is very fun, and might give you some ideas.

Perhaps you would consider editing your post to utilise tabs so that there is not 1 long row, but 4 or 5 smaller rows. I was uninterested in reading every name because of how it is formatted.

Diablo Tends to have trouble with getting hit, when he gets hit, he often swings back at the enemy but does not actually hit. This animation is even longer than the blocking animation, and at times he can get caught in a block lock that causes him to not even be able to get a swing in at his enemys....

OK, I think you already established that the bureza is a gatling gun, but I don't believe they know what the base item is. You worded your sentence incorrectly when you explained how to make it, so you did not, in fact, explain how to make it.
