There is one byte changed at offset A1348 in d2common that is NOT listed as a modification in the listing. I have no idea what it is. The original byte was 00 and the new byte is 30h. Besides all the dll's there is also to tabbed txt files placed in the data folder. the 1st one is an altered Objects.txt, the second one is a new one called ObjType2.txt, those two files are needed as well. You would only get that error if you try to use an object with ID higher than the actual amount in objects.txt

You could just use the Plugy D2Win.dll and let the Plugy load the D2Obj.dll.

Paul, you using win2k again ? ;-) afj, win2k has odd dib format info. It may report wrong byte pitch for image widths that are not multiples of 4. We ran into this with DrTester. Hmm, it's an odd bug there, it didn't work in my own version either. It works now, but i dunno what the problem was, only thin i did was moving a codeline one line up, weird.

The Automagic is disabled in 1.10 (can't remember if it workd in 1.09). The wooden stake thing, should be able to do with the transmogrif collumns (TMogType, TMogMin, TMogMax)
