1.13 is not their last patch.

They have stated they have more to do in diablo. with that, it doesn't mean a patch actually comes. We don't know before they actually announce anything.

They will keep patching until Diablo III comes out, then probably keep patching after that to keep people interested in quote, The Diablo Franchise unquote

there might be but with new patch they may do a ladder reset but there are not really enough players to do so any more :/

Blizzard's thingys are immortal.

There's still people loving to plat D1 and Hellfire, unfotunately there's no planed updates for it.
Diablo II still got's lot of interest and I bet there will be new patch, I even think it'll come out even before D3 come.

Anyway we'll see what'll the big daddy give to us

If you want to play D1/HF, play The Hell mod. Waaaaaay better than the original game, it's what Diablo1 should have been, then likes four times better.
