I don't think that this belongs... Please tell me if this was intended. I got it from the Staff of Lazarus quest in nightmare.

Should I have put this in the bugs thread...?[/quote]
Sorry that I didn't reply, but I didn't want to clog the screenshots thread with this. The bug is noted.

biobaba:
Veil is awesome.
was wondering, what does the Po rune do and what is the lvl req?
Is that Undead Crown and Royal Circlet you found as well?
Sure would like to see those. :-)

Re: Screenshots!
Yah Veil is great as I have mentioned before its perhapse the best helm in the game.
That was indeed an undead crown in the screenshot although its a shame that its defense is not good enough for actual combat use.
As for the rune I have already forgotten what it does since it was a while ago.. which reminds me I should be Back to Hellfire now with Blood Wizard this time.

I think it starts from 2 missiles and gains 1 per slvl.
Highest possible level assuming best +skill runeword gives +2 (wich im not sure) will be: 20 base points + 3 blood wave staff +2 runeword, +2 armor runeword, +2 circlet runeword = level 29
I don't remember what level was that, you can count missiles.
Also you have to lower your expectations for hell difficulty, you gonna need MANY casts to kill monsters on players 1. In this mod there is price for AoE, lower damage, so it is safe to say ~8 casts per hell mob. To be fast you gonna need good mercenary.

Re: Screenshots!
Those items are green - is that in game? (Green = set items in D2, but I didn't think set items were in this mod...)

Re: Screenshots!
They are items created with the Warrior crafting skills. But let's not discuss this here, in the Screenshots thread. If you want more information on the subject, just start a new topic about it.

Re: Screenshots!
Here's some shots of really neat items I found while playing BTH (probably the best mod I ever played).

GoryDays, that's a great ring.
Aerial, nice shots. Makes me want to play that character, currently playing the Barbarian (yes, I'm actually playing BTH again).

Re: Screenshots!
My warrior is higher level but never finished hell difficulty (I botched him up, not enough health). He was my first BTH character and went through many versions.
It's amazing how many more skills other players get then I do. I've never maxed a skill before. My bard (back several pages on this forum) had so few skills I'm surprised I made it work. One thing I liked about it though was that every character is dramatically different with so few books and it's still possible to beat the game. With my current character I have much more patience and am leveling and getting books more consistently to truly be successful and require less gameplay down the road as I progress through Nightmare. There are exploits I won't mention and the obvious one of running through Act 1. But in Normal mode leveling is actually very important. If you get over level 40 and kill certain monsters with alot of magic find you eventually get, with alot of patience, some of the finest items the game offers (but not nearly as good as yours since you seem to be a level even beyond that), but we'll see since I haven't played in a very long time and my tactics have changed to something more similar to your own. The idea is to get so high of a level that up to Act IV is a cakewalk, then you gamble to your hearts content with tons of money, get books, continue leveling, etc. Rinse repeat.
This is quite fun because your power escalates to the point where you have a 95% chance to hit monsters and they have under 20% to hit you (not possibly with some characters, but with the barbarian it is). You can then escapade through Act IV just like it's Act I (well, maybe I'm stretching the truth just a bit) and be able to gain levels and find great items. I like triggering magic urns. In the next day or 2 I will walk right through Act V and continue to go further into the depths of.....
(my speaking this long was eventually inevitable, when given the proper motivation with inspiring screenshots)

Re: Screenshots!
Found this one on another forum and seemed curious enough to link it in there. A battle against azmodan with the bloodwizard in a place that shouldn't be possible. (thanks to teleport)
