How to downgrade from 1.12 to 1.10?

I know this has been asked many times, but I have downloaded the game from blizzards store legit. It`s currently patch 1.12 that I downloaded, I wish to play 1.10 without a cd so i can play back to hellfire mod, how do i do this? can you make this as easy as possible, step by step guide?
Even if I could get it to 1.10, would it say something along the lines as to insert the cd? if the cd WERE IN, and it still did that, how would i fix it so i can play back to hellfire.
