back to hellfire isnt working for some reasone suddenly...

i came back to the greatness of back to hellfire only to be disappointed by the fact that everytime i load it the screen goes back and an error message that i cant see appears. thats it. i installed it as per instructions, exactly like last time, but now it wont work, any ideas?
