request small mod

Hay there every one

Was just just wondering if someone could do a small mod for me. Running on ver 1.13
I'm also looking in to running the res mod with plugY
Witchever one is easier for you
Here's a list of what I would like

1.a larger inventory on hero 8x10 (10x10 Posablely) would be enuff and 12x12@ 5 pages for the stash
2. The ability to socket belts,gloves and boots
3. The ability to equip 2 amulets and 8 rings
4. The ability to reset stats/skill tree multiple times (akara)
5. The ability to buy gems from stores (reflecting act)
6. This is not relly needed but a kill counter and a popup above monster's to display xp gained

For completed files I have a Dropbox account set up
Or if less than 10meg I have email address
This will be for my own personal use and will not be distributed (except for my missis who plays aswell lol)

This would hugely increase productivity of game play and extend on my knowledge of the limatations of the stats of heroes. As I'm playing with a copletly O.P. hero in zonfires hero editor

Hope this isn't to much trouble for the skilled and knowledgeable
