Question
I'm dealing with such type of mod installation for the first time,so I've got a question.I'm still in the begging of Act 1,but the mod looks very good,and seeing as they are a lot of collectables,I tried to apply the PlugY to the mod,but it didnt't work.But then again I'm probably doing it wrong.My question is if PlugY can be applied to TsC and if yes,how exactly.Thanks in advance.

It should be possible. I just installed the mod and PlugY to check the procedure, here goes:
Open the file called TsC.ini in notepad. You should see the line
;Plugy=Plugy.dll
Remove the ; now d2mod will load PlugY.
In addition, make sure you put a copy of PlugY.dll and PlugY.ini in the TSC folder. And a copy of the PlugY folder in your /diablo ii folder.
It should then work.
