Problems with Charge animation

I'm trying to create a Charge based skill for monsters. I used monseq.txt to create an animation sequence to make them move and then attack. Sometimes, though, the charge sequence breaks before reaching the targeted enemy. How to fix that? The following lines are copied from my charge sequence:

Did you try adding more melee event trigger? If you look at duriel charge or viper charge, they have more event triggers in their sequence.
