Can someone tell me if it is possible to place the icons in the black holes with a golden outline?

Or it's possible to make a menu almost as big as the mod Kingdom of Shadows (Le Royaume des Ombres)

I'm not certainly sure, tho I think that applying more skills than provided by the three trees is a case of CE - tho, possible.
