By popular demand, here is a thread for all players to share any power runeword combination they have found that they wish to share with other players.



Please post all information needed: runes, item used in, etc.
Feel free to post stats of the items, and alittle boasting is okay, but no spam please.

This thread is for version v1.05 or v1.05b only, previous version runewords are no longer current.

Greetings. Before I start on this, I'll note to thank Mishy for this mod, since it is quite interesting, and made me decide to reregister for the forums. And as for now, I'm working on finding out ALL the runewords starting in act one and going from there. From what I've seen, there are 4 runewords for each set. 2 for weapon, 2 for armor, 2 power, 2 not, Currently I'm working on armors, so I'll throw a random one up every few days.

To begin.. for you new necromancers.. and other people, Armor.

3-4 [Non-Shield]
Final
50% Level 1 Meteor on Death
5% Faster Run/Walk
10% Faster Hit Recovery
5% Block Chance
+13 Defense

3-4 [Shield] (POWER) “Necromancer”
Zombie’s Stare
+1 Necromancer Skill levels
-10% Enemy Poison Resistance
+3 Ice Blast
+25% Enhanced Defense
+2 Poison Dagger (Necromancer)
+2 Teeth (Necromancer)

I marked the shield as necromancer for that's who'd get the greatest bonus off of it. Both of these are fairly decent runewords, for their area. The death meteor of final is more of something pretty than useful past the early stages, although faster hit recovery and movement are always useful.

For Zombie's Stare, it is mainly designed for necros, although everyone could probably use a Level 3 Ice Blast that close to the beginning, the poison dagger/teeth notice is more of a gimmick rather than a useful thing unless your planning to use them, but an early +1 to necro skills is quite nice.

I'm Currently working on all the armors, so someone else can do the weapons if they are interested in going through tens of thousands of runes again and again.

I have returned with a few more runewords for you people.. and this time the non-power is more useful.

2-3 [Non-Armor] “Sorceress”
Serenity
+2 to Random Sorceress Skills
+4 Defense
+8% Maximum Mana
+7% Cold Resistance
+12% Poison Resistance

2-3 [Armor] (POWER)
Torrent’s Alacrity
4% Level 1 Burst of Speed when Struck
+9 Defense
10% Faster Run/Walk
+15% Cold Resistance

Notice, although the power runeword gives some interesting abilities, it has little boosts beyond what the runes give, and you can get faster run/walk and cold resist from other things.

The Non-Power is sorceress only, and very dangerous, +40% mana is nice to have.. and that is a total of +10 to random Sorceress skills (max level 6 i think)

That's all for now, current rune progress,
All Armor runewords to rune 5.

12-12 in armor is a great power word, but it seems to have something wrong with it. Once I equipped it and tried casting a spell the game crashed. :(

Strange, I looked 12-12 tors over and it looks fine, I can't see how +to all skills is crashing the game, was it an oksill you were casting? I'll try to get this error to appear for me.

I'll check when I get home from work, files not in front of me. It might even already be in the current patch to tell the truth as I haven't added many runewords since skills update has been going on. And I remember creating a runeword for you already.
