Possible to deduct Stamina instead of Mana?
Just a suggestion, maybe a feature...or just a thought...
Is it possible that some skills cost Stamina instead of Mana>

Would be very tricky to figure out (probably impossible for my level of knowledge), and I'm not ready for all the rebalancing that might involve.
Neat idea though, seen it used nicely in Divine Divinity.

Haha, so you play that game too... ;-)

Would be cool for something like vigor, perhaps. Or perhaps not, because that adds to stamina. The mosquito type bugs do that kind of damage- physical, poison, and stamina drain....

That means you use stamina potions instead of mana potions? Or just cast and stand still and cast again? I think stamina recovers too fast.

Re: Possible to deduct Stamina instead of Mana?
The idea I had was to use Stamina to use Amazon, Paladin and Barbarian class. As there is most characters have tonnes of Stamina, the Stamina loss for running and skill usage could be increased. Heck, if attacking could use up Stamina too and some godly weapons could drain Stamina. This could give D2 another flavour.
Just an idea, but doubt it could be implemented :-D
