They're supposed to do that, get over it

The values flicker between random (yet pre-defined) number ranges and become fixed upon socketing into an item. HOWEVER, I do believe these values are "re-resolved" upon starting a new gaming session so each time you feel the urge to play PH, you may have different values for the duration of that game although with the ranges being so small, it shouldn't be too obvious. Char was telling me a similar thing also happens with partial set bonuses (the ones associated to that particular set item).

Well, maybe in just this one thing. I can't picture you stating the only other thing (that I could possibly think of) that FU could stand for. At least not in the forum. Wouldn't look good for the top banana breaking his own rules.
