D2Mod Issue

I have a problem when I try to run the D2ModSetup.bat file.

The command box shows up, and then an error appears. The error says:
Error loading .\d2mod.dll

The specified module could not be found.
I'm running Vista 32bit. Does anyone know what's wrong/know a fix for this? I've followed the stickied tutorial and it still doesn't work.

is the dll in the same foler as the .bat file?

Yes it is.

EDIT: Before anyone asks, I am running D2 LoD 1.10.
