Using D2 patch version 1.13c and PlugY v10.00
I've set the skillpoints requirement for each skill to 2, and used PlugY to give 3 skill points on level up via

ActiveSkillsUnassignmentOneForOne=0
[SKILL ON LEVEL UP]
ActiveSkillPerLevelUp=1
SkillPerLevelUp=3
The skill unassign button is there, and when I use it it removes all the skill points from the tree, but leaves me with zero skill points in reserve. I've played with ActiveSkillsUnassignmentOneForOne and that doesn't seem to be affecting it.
Any insight on what the problem could be? I read several topics on the forums here and can't find any that address this problem.
