D2ResExp and Plugy Skill unnassignment

Has anyone worked out a position that the skill unnassignment button functions in when using d2resexp with plugy?

If not has anyone got the 'ActiveSkillsUnassignmentOneForOne=1' functional with d2resexp?

Are there any exisiting alternatives to have a respec function in v1.10?

Does anyone know if the the respec potion in 1.13 can be adapted to work in 1.10?

PlugY doesn't have an option to reposition the unassign button. Its also not clear if its a PlugY issue or D2expres issue.

There was a respect plugin made for 1.10, but irrc it never made its way here. (The keep)

the skill unnassignment button can be changed if you type like this:
[SKILLS POINTS]
ActiveSkillsUnassignment=0
ActiveSkillsUnassignmentOneForOne=0
PosXUnassignSkillBtn=930
PosYUnassignSkillBtn=660

but, no use at all....
