Killcounter Bug

i have bug with plugin D2killcounter. i have stat in itemstatcost.txt like this

monterkill	183		1	32													1024																																			0
and i have line in d2killcounter like this

0	monterkill	1	0	0	0
but it doesnt work. Help me pls.
