Any plan to update the power item mods for version 1.11b?

No plans for any modding updates. I'm thinking perhaps of returning to playing some D2 mods, but there's no way I can squeeze out time to re-learn modding, get up to speed on the new 1.11 files and actually do any modding/testing.
