Where can I download Hades Apocalypse?

Where can I download Hades Apocalypse?
I've looket throughout the internet and I was unable to find a link to download Hades Apocalypse anywhere. While someone has repacked Hades Underworld into D2SE-compatible format and put it on ModDB, Hades Apocalypse is nowhere to be found. Does anyone by chance has the mod files? Did the mod survived?
