Issues with BFE installing.

I cannot seem to run BFE at all. I have the 1.10 game .exe in the BFE folder and I listed in the config where the .exe is, now when I run the game, all I get is the CD Mouse Icon, my hardrive spins the CD around, and nothing happend.
Also, I dont have a pirated version of D2 just to clarify.

Help?

EDIT: Uninstalled multiple times, now its saying after repating the exact same steps
Cannot create C:\Program Files\BFE\PlugY\PlugY.ini. The system cannot find the path specified.
AND now all the .dlls/PlugY folder have turned into .bak files

Game.exe must be in D2 root folder. I thought it is obviously.

I kept thinking I needed to C&P it into the BFE directory. Thank you it worked!
