I've just installed Eastern Sun and Multires correctly according to viewtopic.php?f=15&t=58708. Sadly I cannot enable it to play Full Screen 1280x720 or any other resolution, Windowed only. I remember that years ago I played this mod combination in full screen but I forgot how to do it. Please help me.

Got the same problem. Just 2 options, being the max 800x600.

I havnt tried 4.2 but have done glide in 4.1
