0 ore drops

hello.

i'm not sure if i am just really unlucky, or if there is something wrong:
i started playing this mod (again) a few days ago, played half through nightmare so far and i didn't get a single ore drop! i have a lot of stuff and 0 crystals.
i remember from a few years ago, where i played the mod, i always got some ores.
did i miss anything? any sort of known bugs or do i have to update to another d2 patch or something (i'm on 1.10)? or is it just bad luck?

Pretty much bad luck.
I can have one character pick up half a dozen crystals (two ores) in act 1 normal, then nothing for the rest of the game.
It's even more frustrating when an ore drops with no crystals inside.

yeah ores are kinda rare. Imho doing clone runs is the best option can obtain high quantity ores and a chance for unique charms at the same time.
