Has there been any update to this? it crashes on some tex files. Looks like only files suffixed with autoNM, so maybe not an issue. Anybody know what autoNM files are for?

I haven't actually updated this since beta, however I know people have extracted all the RoS textures without issue bar the cubemaps.

Looks like this it the original location where the D3TexConv-tool comes from.
Many thanks to the original author for open-sourcing it.

Made some small changes to it, should support the *autoNM files now.
