back in the day. VERY back in the day. I don't remember if I used Tyranist as my name, or not, but is anyone from VK here now? It was the VK on diablo before the middle earth theme.

Varaya has made only a few appearances since the V&K forum opened here, but Khan is a regular poster. And some of the others here go way back too. I discovered the ME mod for D1 too late, only a couple of months before D1 v1.08 came out and trashed the scene.

I think we had quite some people from D1 MEmod reappearing for D2 ME. After the initial "argh D2 is worse than D1" I guess most did have quite some fun with the sequel and after getting {filtered} at monsters being too weak or too immune or stashroom too small or just at general boredom with the classic game, they switch to the more balanced MEmod

No seriously, just take a look around the forum and you will encounter some D1 veterans.
