just what exactly is having problems?

I'm still in act 1 (hoarding some jems and jewels for crafting) so I'll be able to have a nice test type thing.
A secret is well kept by 3 people if 2 are dead

There should be no actual problems with crafting just perceived ;)

It works like this:
Chipped get a 50% chance to gain the fixed mods - some are quite powerful so it is fair - especially for the Elemental crafts ;)
The chance to gain the fixed mods then increases by 10% per gem level so Perfect has a 90% chance and from Fragmented onwards there is a 100% chance as those gems are harder to get hold of :)

From the crafts I have done it seems to be working ok :D

This weekend I should have the crafting pages up - or at least some of them.
