item_elemskill question

item_elemskill question

Hi all,

I'm just wondering which skills are affected by it?

It's used by "fireskill" , and in game it says +x to all fireskills

Which skills are fire skills exactly? ( ok, there is a tab on sorceress which
says fire skills , but I think it's not exaclty this... )

Those who deal corresponding elementar damage?

Everything with EType fire in skills.txt

NOTE: Prior to 1.10 the game used a hardcoded table for this.

It seems that there is still hardcoded table - judging from properties xml
fire = 1 ( can not verify others, since there is only one "item_elemskill" reference )

Nope, no hardcoded stuff related to this in 1.10

1 is just the internal ID for fire.

0 = None
1 = Fire
2 = Light
3 = Cold
4 = Magic
5 = Poison
6 = Life Steal
7 = Mana Steal
8 = Stamina Steal
9 = Stun
10 = Random (1,2,3 or 5)
11 = Burn
12 = Freeze

If you put 2 in that column in properties.txt it will effect all skills with EType set to light and so on.

Just a correction, 3 = magic, 4 = cold
0 = None
