Blessed Hammer

id like to give Blessed Hammer an impact animation when hitting an enemy or object. ive tried a few things without it working. maybe someone might give me a hint what im doing wrong...

Try give it a hit function in missiles.txt, a list of functions is in a sticky in the Skill Clinic.

Just give it an explosion missile in missiles.txt that should work fine if done properly.

i gave it an explosion missile. teethexplode as a test. it only uses this sometimes and only when it hits objects or walls but not when it hits enemies. is a hitfunc necessary to get this to work?

No, the Explosion Missile is independant of the functions used. They might have a hardcoded check for BH but I doubt that. Try setting alwaysexplode and clientcollision to true.
