In the TreasureClassEx.txt file scroll down to the line "Act 1 Equip A" in the Treasure Class Column. The items that have a chance to drop that are related to the line are "weap3" and "armo3".

My question is: Where is the information stored that determines what items "weap3" and "armo3" actually are in the game? Also, if this information is listed in another .txt file than which one?
