Making it so dodge/avoid/evade doesn't break skills

On a related note, I tried to do the same thing with the Assassin weapon block skill, i made a copy of the weapon block state and made the skill use that instead.

No luck, it always plays the block animation which can interrupt attacks and skills. I think its hardcoded to the passive_weaponblock stat. The only workaround ive found is to make it use the passive_dodge, passive_avoid and passive_evade stats instead so no animation plays.
