Experience.txt, and monster level?

Post by fullmetalbamf » Fri Apr 21, 2017 3:15 pm

Hey all, i managed to figure out all my other problems. Lol. I raised the max level to 200 on my mod, do i have to manually raise the level of the monsters in monstats.txt in order to actually get xp gains at higher levels?

Some areas define monster level based on the levels.txt, and some use the monstats.txt but they would have to be adjusted

The monster's level is defined in monstats.txt. The area levels in levels.txt is used for incidental monster spawning like from traps etc

You will need to expand the maximum monster level in monlvl.txt
Although done for our needs, mod-makers should like these changes, too.
