About D2 1.13c High-resolutions UI

I'm a D2mods amateur. I'm so exsited that I have found the Phrozen Keep，a professional website gathering many mods-masters.I want to make a D2mod myself, but now I'm faced with a challenge. There are many blank space around the character backpack and the big bank when I'm in D2. I want the character backpack and the big bank to cover all the game window. I don't know how to achieve. Hope someone can help me if you have any sparetime.Thanks a lot.
By the way , it is 1440X900.
